Omolola Ayomide is a young Yoruba-born Nigerian. He was born on November 16, 2002, in Lagos State. He is a Self-motivated visual artist who began his artistic career at a young age,the young artist draws inspiration from the society, the African culture, the internet and the people around him.
He started studying realistic acrylic and pencil painting in 2018. Omojola’s road to excellence was not an easy one. Having to learn everything on his own presented some challenges.
So far, Omojola Ayomide has five years experience in charcoal pencil portrait, acrylic painting and mural body painting. He is currently undergoing his undergraduate studies at the University of Nigeria Nsukka.
Every artist wants to get his work in front of as many people as possible. The young artist experiences the same thing. Omojola wants to see an increasing number of people recognise and value his works. He will be overjoyed to sell the majority of them both domestically and abroad.
Art is expressive. This is a fact most appreciated by the artist, as he intends to show, through art, what the African culture is all about. Being a proud African, the artist has this to say, “with the pleasant arrangement of colours and elements of art, I use my art to express the beauty of our natural world.”
In the coming year, Omojola Ayomide hopes to have his arts exhibited in an art gallery. He also hopes to make and sell more artworks.

According to the artist, he has so far being able to sell some of his arts. He has worked on commissioned portraits, bringing life to every one of them.
Over the years, the young artist has been able to build a formidable fan base online. He is being followed by a very popular musician in the country, Zlatan Ibile.
